J.R. Nelson's House is a location in The Sinking City.

Description[]

J.R. Nelson's House is a mostly flooded structure in Salvation Harbor. It can only be accessed via boat. The exterior is that of a brick building with a makeshift wooden dock at the front, there are Hobo signs on either side of the entryway, denoting that it has been barricated due to Wylebeasts and that there is an ongoing police investigation.

Ground floor[]

Upon entering, the floor is soaked, with water dripping from above, there are several crates of fish next to a locker which can be looted. to the left of these there are some clotheslines, , some fishing paraphernalia, and a table with a First aid kit on it. Beyond this there is a stairway leading downwards but it has been flooded and is blocked by a fishing trap.

The other ground floor room has most of the floor covered by pallets as there is a large hole in the floor. There is a pair of fish hanging over a bath tub and in the kitchen area there is a corpse, presumably J.R. Nelson, with a hatchet in its chest. There is a trail of blood from this corpse heading towards the entryway. Past this room is a set of stairs leading upwards.

First Floor[]

At the top of the stairs is another locker which can be looted. Entering further into the room causes a pair of Cocitians to appear. In the rest of the room there is a shelf with a framed photograph and several rolls of film on it. Past that there is a desk, with several letters, a pair of cameras, a large flower, some film, a lamp and J.R. Nelson membership card. Past the desk there is another set of shelves with several photographs, some boxes and some .38 pistol rounds

The rest of the first floor is blocked off by some furniture in the doorway.
